For real that can be more than 1,000 dollars not close to cheap and this is just a starter VSCO girl but luckily you can be VSCO on a budget.

Tip 1: Buy scrunchies in amazon 9 dollars= 60 scrunchies.
Tip 2: Make your own puka shell necklace with a string and puka shells.
Tip 3: pharmacys have carmex and sometimes mario badescu but is kind of rare. 
Tip 4: make your own stickers for your HydroFlask.
Tip 5: Crocs aren't very expensive.
Tip 6: buy your hydro and kanken at amazon 
Tip 7: get the apps VSCO and TikTok (both free)
Tip 8: be aesthetic.
Tip 9: use oversized t-shirts or crop tops.
Tip 10: be you!
Extra: just use normal headphones airpods are expensive.
